Our take
Tidio is the customer-chat product here, and the vendor says Lyro resolves questions and turns the rest into sales, leads, and bookings. The pricing page offers a free Lyro trial, but it did not give a clean entry price, and we will not treat the $300 per month figure on the page as the starter plan. It only pays off if you already have traffic that asks questions.
Best for: your site or store already gets questions and you want chat that can resolve or route them.
Pros
- Chat plus an AI agent is aimed at support and at conversion, which is a store owner's actual job.
- The official description includes tying conversations to sales, leads, and bookings.
- A free Lyro trial is offered on the pricing page.
Cons
- We will not call $300 per month the price, because the page was not clear that it is the entry plan.
- A bot on a site with no visitors does nothing.
- Someone has to review what the bot promises. A wrong answer becomes your refund.
