Contra's pricing page says the network is always commission-free for creatives. The free plan includes job opportunities; Pro is the upgrade for discoverability and for waiving fees on the person paying you. It is how you get hired, not the software that sends the invoice after you are hired.

Pros

No commission on the creative's side is stated outright, which is the point of using it instead of a classic marketplace cut.
The free plan still includes job opportunities and community access.

Cons
